I saw this idea on Pinterest and thought it'd work perfectly for my friend's birthday. (Photo from Saucy Sprinkles) You ask the barista for a clean cup and lid, fill it with brown and white tissue paper, and then tuck a Starbucks gift card inside.
For mine, I got a gift card to the coffee shop all of my friends go to. I had a cup and lid from there, so I washed it, placed inside a coffee cozy with the shop's logo on it that I happened to have saved from a year ago, and placed some Victoria's Secret tissue paper inside wrapped around the gift card.
