Peanut Butter Eiffel Towers

While I was searching for an Eiffel Tower cookie cutter, I came across this Eiffel Tower chocolate mold from CybrTrayd on Amazon. Right away, I thought peanut butter suckers would be amazing!

I used two packages of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips to yield 15 pops. I bought "cookie sticks" at Michael's craft store in a pack of 20.

To melt the chips, I placed a metal bowl of chips inside a pan of heated water and left the burner on low.

Then after filling the mold and adding the sucker sticks, I stuck the mold in the freezer for about five minutes or until they were solidified.

Then I popped the suckers out and placed them on wax paper before making some more.

I'm sure they'll be a hit with my friends when I move back to campus on Wednesday!
